Composer, Disney's Elena of Avalor

EMMY®-nominated composer Tony Morales has traversed the worlds of drama, animation, and documentary for television and film. He is the currently the composer of the Disney animated series Elena of Avalor and is co-composer of the hit CBS show Scorpion.

In 2012 Morales earned his first EMMY nomination with the mini-series Hatfields & Mccoys (co-composed with John Debney).  His credits include the Netflix series Bloodline (co-composed with Edward Rogers), In your eyes (written by Joss Whedon), the shortRocky and Bullwinkle (DreamWorks Animation), and sports documentaries including One and not done (part of ESPN’s 30 ON 30 series), and Fastball (director Jonathan Hock, narrated by Kevin Costner).  Tony’s upcoming projects include the indie comedy, An Actor Prepares, starring Jeremy Irons. 

Morales holds a degree in film scoring from the renowned Berklee College of Music, and attended USC’s Advanced Studies in Film Scoring program.
